Important Update from The Becerra Group Regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and Operations

The Becerra Group wants to reach out to each and every one of our community members regarding this critical health issue which is affecting every one of us, as well as our financial wellbeing.  The uncertainty surrounding these days appear to be insurmountable, but they are not.  With these challenging times in our midst, opportunity to up our game as fellow human beings and as entrepreneurs exists.

For obvious reasons, effective March 11, 2020, we have changed the protocol of our business operations, as is stated in the attached Notice to All Clients.  As a precaution for our staff, clients and associates, we will severely limit all person to person contacts and have established scheduled pick-up and delivery times.  You can deliver documents to us 24/7 through our drop box at our office or you can deliver them through Liscio, our secure messaging platform.  We are still available through our website, phone, email, text and, Liscio (email us for an invitation to this platform).

You will continue to receive the same service that you are used to, without interruption, albeit without personal face to face contact.  If you have any urgent matter, please call Steve Becerra at 505.450.2448, otherwise continue to call our office at 505.462.9090.  Most of our staff will be working off site, but we will still be available to answer the phone.

If an employer, or anyone, suspects that someone in their company or someone you know is infected or has even been exposed or has the symptoms of Covid-19, they should immediately call New Mexico Department of Health’s COVID-19 hotline for guidance on how to proceed: 1- 855-600-3453 (NM Corona Virus Hotline).
